ABOUT ARTISTIC LICENSE, LLC
Artistic License, LLC is a boutique entertainment company based in Great Barrington, MA, offering consulting services throughout the entertainment industry in programming, event marketing, and management. We also specialize in producing and presenting first-class entertainment events in a variety of venues and locations.
Current projects include ongoing general management of Saint James Place, a performing arts center in Great Barrington, MA, and contract management for Innovation Arts & Entertainment, a leading independent promoter based in Chicago. Past producing and presenting projects include the Berkshire Bash series of events in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts at Ski Butternut, the Barn at the Egremont Village Inn, the Kathleen McDermott Auditorium, and more. Artistic License has also provided national services for the Moscow Ballet (tour routing), Shaw Entertainment Group (contract administration), and Grand Central Booking (tour routing).
Seth Keyes, Producer
Seth Keyes has been actively involved in all aspects of theatre and music since childhood. In a career spanning nearly 40 years, he has held senior management/programming positions in major performing arts venues across the Eastern Seaboard, including the Playhouse Square Center (Cleveland, OH), Ruth Eckerd Hall (Clearwater, FL), EJ Thomas Hall / Akron Civic Theatre / Lock 3 Live (Akron, OH), Colonial Theatre (Pittsfield, MA), Palace Theatre (Albany, NY), and the Francis Wilson Playhouse (Clearwater, FL). Seth most recently served as the Vice-President of Programming for Innovation Arts & Entertainment, where he was responsible for booking & operating 15 Broadway subscription series across the US and Canada. Among other projects, Seth produced William Shatner’s one-man show “Shatner’s World” on Broadway and its subsequent North American tours.

Sally Michael Keyes, Producer
Sally Michael Keyes has been successfully marketing the performing arts for over 25 years, having held key senior management/marketing positions in such major institutions as the Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival (Becket, MA), the Cleveland Orchestra (Cleveland, OH), DanceCleveland (Cleveland, OH), the Florida Orchestra (Tampa, FL), and Ruth Eckerd Hall (Clearwater, FL). Most recently, Sally was the National Director of Public Relations for Moscow Ballet / Talmi Entertainment (Pittsfield, MA), touring The Great Russian Nutcracker to more than 150 markets throughout North America annually, and is currently the Director of Marketing for Hudson Hall in Hudson, NY.
